Shapers think about what is happening. Then they cognitively examine their feelings. They generally do not feel their feelings in decision making as much as they do a mental checkup on their feelings. Finally, they act. After the action is complete, they may then allow themselves to feel their emotions, or they may not. They reason, plan, research, examine, and check feelings, then act, then feel.
